VedDelivery™ is intended for users aged 16 years and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older, or that you are using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has provided consent.
Why We Have an Age Requirement
VedDelivery™ handles personal data — including delivery information, tracking numbers, and uploaded evidence. Under UK data protection law, we require users to be at least 16 years old to provide valid consent for data processing. This aligns with the age of consent for data processing under UK GDPR (Article 8).
Age Verification
When you first launch VedDelivery™, you will be asked to confirm your age. This is a one-time confirmation stored on your device. We do not collect or store your date of birth.
- If you confirm you are 16 or older, you can proceed to use the app.
- If you indicate you are under 16, access will be restricted and you will be directed to our support team.
If you believe your access has been restricted in error, or if you have questions about our age policy, our support team is here to help.
Parental Consent
If a user under 16 wishes to use VedDelivery™, they must do so with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who provides consent on their behalf. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the service and any data submitted.
