2. Acceptance of Terms

By using VedDelivery™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3. Informational Tool — Not Legal Advice

VedDelivery™ is an informational consumer-support tool only. It does not provide legal advice. Any information, templates, or evidence packs generated by the app are for personal reference only. We make no guarantees about delivery data accuracy or legal outcomes.

4. Subscription & Billing

VedDelivery™ offers optional paid subscription plans (Premium) on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are displayed clearly at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payments handled securely by Stripe. No card details are stored by VedDelivery™.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on subscription payments once a billing period has started. If you cancel, your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

If you experience a billing error or technical issue, please contact us at support@veddelivery.com and we will review your case.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
• You may not misuse evidence packs or templates for fraudulent purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

VedDelivery™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on information provided. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of carrier data or delivery tracking information.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VedDelivery™ after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
